Ingredients
  • 2 cups Tapioca
  • 8 medium Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp White chili powder
  • 2 tbsps Ginger (crushed)
  • 1½ tsp Salt
Instructions
  1. Soak the tapioca for 4 hours.
  2. Drain and steam, wrapped in a cloth for 15 minutes.
  3. Boil, peel and mash the potatoes.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together to form a dough.
  5. Prepare a table outside covered with a cotton sheet.
  6. Spray oil in the sev machine with a star-shaped disk installed.
  7. Fill the dough and close the lid.
  8. Make long strips of the dough on the cloth.
  9. Let dry, then break into 2 inch pieces.
  10. Let cool, then store in an airtight container.
  11. Fry as needed in hot oil.
