Ingredients
  • 4 tbsps Coriander seeds
  • 2 tbsps Sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp Raw fennel seeds
  • 2 inches Cinnamon (stick)
  • 6 cloves Cloves
  • 4 Red chilies
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper (whole)
  • 1 tbsp Dry coconut
  • ½ tsp Amchur powder
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • ½ tsp Black salt
Instructions
  1. Dry roast whole ingredients until it is fragrant and the color changes.
  2. Cool and grind to a powder.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients and store.
