Ingredients
  • 1 can Cannellini beans (15oz - rinse and drain)
  • 1 can Kidney beans (15oz - rinse and drain)
  • 1 can Garbanzo beans (15oz - rinse and drain)
  • 1 cup Green beans (cut and steamed)
  • ½ cup Tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup Red onion (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup Orange bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsps Green coriander (finely chopped)
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Dressing

  • ⅓ cup Apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbsps Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp Garlic (crushed)
  • ¼ tsp Ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Whisk the dressing ingredients together, pour over the salad and toss.
  2. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
