Three Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 1 can Cannellini beans (15oz - rinse and drain)
- 1 can Kidney beans (15oz - rinse and drain)
- 1 can Garbanzo beans (15oz - rinse and drain)
- 1 cup Green beans (cut and steamed)
- ½ cup Tomatoes (finely chopped)
- ½ cup Red onion (finely chopped)
- ½ cup Orange bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsps Green coriander (finely chopped)
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Dressing
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup Apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tbsps Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
- 1 tsp Garlic (crushed)
- ¼ tsp Ground black pepper
Instructions
- Whisk the dressing ingredients together, pour over the salad and toss.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
