Ingredients
  • ½ cup Water
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce (substitute tamari)
  • 2 tbsps Brown sugar
  • 2 tsps Honey
  • 1½ tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Mirin (substitute rice wine vinegar )
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch (dissolve in 2 tbsp water)
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients except corn starch mixture.
  2. Heat on medium, bring to a boil then reduce heat to low.
  3. Add cornstarch and stir until sauce is thickened, about 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, let cool and store.
