Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 8 oz Spaghetti
- Cheese (grated i.e. cheddar, monterey jack, mozzarella)
- 24 oz Pasta sauce
- 1 cup Vegetables (finely chopped i.e. onions, bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, etc.)
- ¼ tsp Ground cumin
- ⅛ tsp Ground cloves
- 2 tbsps Green coriander (finely chopped)
- 1 cup Refried beans (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven 375°F.
- Boil spaghetti according to package directions, add ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp oil to the water.
- In a saucepan, heat sauce on medium heat.
- Add vegetables, cumin, cloves, coriander and beans, mix.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine spaghetti into the sauce and empty into a 9x11 inch greased glass baking dish.
- Spread evenly. Sprinkle grated cheese and bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- Alternatively, serve individual portions in a microwave safe plates.
- Place spaghetti on the plate, sprinkle cheese on top and microwave on high for two minutes, cheese should be melted.
- Serve with garlic bread.
