  1. Preheat oven 425°F
  2. A calzone is simply a pizza pocket (see Pizza recipe under "Italian").
  3. Spread sauce on a small pizza base, place cheese and toppings on one half.
  4. Fold and seal by crimping the edges.
  5. Make 4 slits on top for venting.
  6. Brush calzone with olive oil and place on a greased baking tray.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the dough is cooked and golden in color.
  8. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
