Calzone
- Preheat oven 425°F
- A calzone is simply a pizza pocket (see Pizza recipe under "Italian").
- Spread sauce on a small pizza base, place cheese and toppings on one half.
- Fold and seal by crimping the edges.
- Make 4 slits on top for venting.
- Brush calzone with olive oil and place on a greased baking tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the dough is cooked and golden in color.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
