Green Beans
Ingredients
- 2 cups Green beans (ends trimmed)
- 1 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsps Rice vinegar
- ½ tsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Crushed red pepper
- 2 tsps Garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1½ tsp Toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Boil some water with a teaspoon of salt, add green beans and cook until tender but still crisp.
- Drain and cool in an ice bath, drain and pat dry.
- Meanwhile, whisk together chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and pepper.
- In a frying pan, heat oil on medium, add garlic and sauté for 15 seconds.
- Add beans, stir and add the prepared sauce.
- Stir fry for 1 minute, remove from heat and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds.
