Ingredients
  • 2 cups Green beans (ends trimmed)
  • 1 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tsps Rice vinegar
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 2 tsps Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1½ tsp Toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Boil some water with a teaspoon of salt, add green beans and cook until tender but still crisp.
  2. Drain and cool in an ice bath, drain and pat dry.
  3. Meanwhile, whisk together chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and pepper.
  4. In a frying pan, heat oil on medium, add garlic and sauté for 15 seconds.
  5. Add beans, stir and add the prepared sauce.
  6. Stir fry for 1 minute, remove from heat and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds.
