Chili Paneer
Ingredients
- 2 cups Paneer cubes (recipe under"miscellaneous")
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ginger (crushed)
- 1 tsp Garlic (crushed)
- ½ cup Green bell peppers (cubed large)
- ½ cup Red bell peppers (cubed large)
- ½ cup Orange bell peppers (cubed large)
- ½ cup Red onions (cubed large)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Green onions (sliced, for garnish)
Instructions
- Marinate paneer with salt, ginger and garlic for 30 minutes.
- Whisk together the sauce ingredients and set aside.
- In a wok, heat oil on medium. Add paneer and stir fry until golden.
- Remove into a dish.
- Sauté the vegetables in the same wok on high heat for a couple of minutes.
- Reduce heat, add paneer and the prepared sauce, stir to combine.
- Empty into a serving dish and garnish with green onions.

- 3 tbsps Sweet and sour sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- ½ tsp Chili sauce
- 1 tbsp All-in-One sauce (Ching’s)
- 1 tsp Ginger (crushed)
- 1 tsp Garlic (crushed)
