Ingredients
  • 2 cups Paneer cubes (recipe under"miscellaneous")
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ginger (crushed)
  • 1 tsp Garlic (crushed)
  • ½ cup Green bell peppers (cubed large)
  • ½ cup Red bell peppers (cubed large)
  • ½ cup Orange bell peppers (cubed large)
  • ½ cup Red onions (cubed large)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Green onions (sliced, for garnish)
Instructions
  1. Marinate paneer with salt, ginger and garlic for 30 minutes.
  2. Whisk together the sauce ingredients and set aside.
  3. In a wok, heat oil on medium. Add paneer and stir fry until golden.
  4. Remove into a dish.
  5. Sauté the vegetables in the same wok on high heat for a couple of minutes.
  6. Reduce heat, add paneer and the prepared sauce, stir to combine.
  7. Empty into a serving dish and garnish with green onions.

  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • ½ tsp Chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp All-in-One sauce (Ching’s)
  • 1 tsp Ginger (crushed)
  • 1 tsp Garlic (crushed)
