Ingredients
  • 4 tbsps Sesame oil
  • 2 tsps Ginger (crushed)
  • 2 tsps Garlic (crushed)
  • ½ cup Green bell pepper (chopped)
  • ½ cup Cabbage (shredded)
  • ½ cup Carrots (grated)
  • 2 tbsps Green beans (chopped)
  • ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • 2 tbsps Chili sauce
  • 2 tbsps Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • ½ tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch (mix with 2 tbsp water)
  • 5 Manchurian balls (fried, recipe under vegetable manchurian, optional)
  • 2 cups Boiled Hakka noodles (fry 1 C of the boiled noodles )
  • 1 cup Green onions (finely chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
  1. In a wok, heat oil on high heat, add ginger and garlic.
  2. Sauté for a few seconds then add vegetables.
  3. Mix and cook for a couple of minutes.
  4. Add 1 cup boiled noodles, salt, chili sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch and mix thoroughly.
  5. Combine manchurian balls, ½ cup fried noodles and green onions in the bhel, turn the heat off.
  6. Serve, garnished with the remaining fried noodles and green onions.
