  1. Wash and soak beans for 24 hours.
  2. Drain and wrap in a muslin cloth and tie loosely.
  3. Place in a covered dish, in a warm place for 2 days.
  4. Sprinkle a little water when the cloth is dry (a couple of times during the whole process).
  5. Sprouts should be ready on the 3rd day.
  6. Pick out any beans that did not sprout and discard.
