Ingredients
  • 8 cups Whole milk
Instructions
  1. In a heavy bottom wide pan, bring milk to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to low and stir continuosly (do not let it stick to the bottom).
  3. Stir until it becomes like a dough (mawa).
  4. Remove from heat and let cool, approximately 45 minutes.
