How to Make Mawa (Khoya)

Ingredients
- 8 cups Whole milk
Instructions
- In a heavy bottom wide pan, bring milk to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and stir continuosly (do not let it stick to the bottom).
- Stir until it becomes like a dough (mawa).
- Remove from heat and let cool, approximately 45 minutes.
