How to Make Instant Mawa
Makes approximately 1 Cup
Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk powder
- ½ cup Whole milk
- 2 tbsps Melted ghee
Instructions
- Mix milk with ghee in a non stick, heavy bottom rying pan and warm it on low heat.
- Add milk powder and mix.
- Cook on medium heat, stirring continuously to thicken for about 5 minutes.
- Once it becomes like a dough, remove from heat and let cool.
- Note: for softer mawa, add a little more milk and ghee.
