Makes approximately 1 Cup
Ingredients
  • 2 cups Milk powder
  • ½ cup Whole milk
  • 2 tbsps Melted ghee
Instructions
  1. Mix milk with ghee in a non stick, heavy bottom rying pan and warm it on low heat.
  2. Add milk powder and mix.
  3. Cook on medium heat, stirring continuously to thicken for about 5 minutes.
  4. Once it becomes like a dough, remove from heat and let cool.
  5. Note: for softer mawa, add a little more milk and ghee.
