Cilantro Sweet Chili Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Boneless chicken thighs
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 6 cloves Garlic (minced)
- ¾ bunch Cilantro
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- Sweet chili sauce (for basting)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients, except the chicken and chili sauce, in a blender and make a paste.
- Trim chicken thighs and place in a container.
- Add the paste to the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Cook the chicken on the grill for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Brush chili sauce on the chicken just before done cooking to create a glaze.
- Serve hot.
