Ingredients
  • 2 lbs Boneless chicken thighs
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 6 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • ¾ bunch Cilantro
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • Sweet chili sauce (for basting)
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients, except the chicken and chili sauce, in a blender and make a paste.
  2. Trim chicken thighs and place in a container.
  3. Add the paste to the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.
  4. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  5. Cook the chicken on the grill for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  6. Brush chili sauce on the chicken just before done cooking to create a glaze.
  7. Serve hot.
