Ingredients
  • 1 lb Boneless skinless chicken (cut into chunks)
  • 2 tbsps Oil
  • ½ cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • ¾ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • ⅛ tsp Turmeric
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, heat oil on medium heat.
  2. Add onions and sauté until golden.
  3. Add the prepared paste and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Add chicken, salt, and turmeric.
  5. Stir and add ½ cup water.
  6. Cover and cook until done (chicken should be soft and no gravy should remain).

  • 1 bunch Green coriander (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Garlic (crushed)
  • ½ tsp Ginger (crushed)
  • Green chilies (crushed, to taste)
  • ½ tsp Whole cumin
  • 3 Cloves

  1. Grind into a paste using a little water.
