Cilantro Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 lb Boneless skinless chicken (cut into chunks)
- 2 tbsps Oil
- ½ cup Onion (finely chopped)
- ¾ tsp Salt (or to taste)
- ⅛ tsp Turmeric
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat oil on medium heat.
- Add onions and sauté until golden.
- Add the prepared paste and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken, salt, and turmeric.
- Stir and add ½ cup water.
- Cover and cook until done (chicken should be soft and no gravy should remain).

- 1 bunch Green coriander (chopped)
- 1 tsp Garlic (crushed)
- ½ tsp Ginger (crushed)
- Green chilies (crushed, to taste)
- ½ tsp Whole cumin
- 3 Cloves
Instructions
- Grind into a paste using a little water.
