Salsa Verde
Ingredients
- ½ lb Tomatillos (washed & quartered)
- ½ cup Green onions (chopped)
- ¼ cup Green coriander (chopped)
- 1 clove Garlic (chopped)
- 2 slices Pickled jalapenos
- ¼ tsp Salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsps Oil
Instructions
- In a blender, blend together all the ingredients, except tomatillos and vinegar, until smooth.
- Add the tomatillos and blend until coarsely chopped.
- Pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Combine the vinegar, stir and store.
