Ingredients
  • ½ lb Tomatillos (washed & quartered)
  • ½ cup Green onions (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Green coriander (chopped)
  • 1 clove Garlic (chopped)
  • 2 slices Pickled jalapenos
  • ¼ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsps Oil
Instructions
  1. In a blender, blend together all the ingredients, except tomatillos and vinegar, until smooth.
  2. Add the tomatillos and blend until coarsely chopped.
  3. Pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool.
  6. Combine the vinegar, stir and store.
