Ingredients
  • 2 cups All purpose flour
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsps Oil
  • Water (lukewarm-as needed)
Instructions
  1. Combine flour, salt and oil. Gradually add water to make a soft dough.
  2. Knead for a couple of minutes to make a soft, pliable dough.
  3. Place in a greased bowl, cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Divide dough into 10-12 balls, depending on desired size.
  5. Flatten the ball and roll a thin tortilla on a floured surface.
  6. Heat a frypan on medium heat, place tortilla to cook. When bubbles form, flip and cook the other side for 1 minute.
  7. The tortilla should look dry and not look raw. Place on a plate and cover with a towel.
  8. Repeat with the remaining dough. Store in an airtight container.
