Ingredients
  • 1 cup Milk powder
  • ¼ cup All purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp Baking soda
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 2 tbsps Ghee
  • Oil (for frying)
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients and make a dough.
  2. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
Syrup
Ingredients
  • 1¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Rose essence
  • ½ tsp Ground cardamom
  • 3 strands Saffron
Instructions
  1. Combine the ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Heat and bring to a boil, simmer on low heat to make a thin syrup, keep warm.
  3. Make small, smooth, marble sized balls from the dough.
  4. Heat oil on low and deep fry until browned evenly.
  5. Drain and add to the syrup, let absorb a little before serving.
