Ingredients
  • 1 package Sugar cookie dough (18 oz)
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 package Cream cheese (8 oz, softened)
  • 2 tbsps Butter (softened)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • Strawberries (sliced)
  • Kiwi (sliced)
  • Raspberries
  • Grapes (halved)
  • Mandarin orange (slices)
  • Bananas (sliced)
  • Blueberries
  • 12 inch pizza pan (without holes)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 350°F.
  2. Press cookie dough evenly to fit a 12 inch pizza pan, prick all over with a fork.
  3. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until very lightly browned, then cool. Do not over bake.
  4. Beat cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla together until smooth.
  5. Spread mixture evenly on the cooled cookie base.
  6. Arrange sliced strawberries around the edge of the crust.
  7. Decorate inside with any combination of sliced fruit until filled up.
  8. Can glaze with apricot jam or any fruit jelly thinned with little water or lemon juice.
  9. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
  10. Note: substitute chocolate chip cookie dough.
