Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- ½ cup Potato (grated)
- ½ cup Carrot (grated)
- ½ cup Brussels sprouts (grated)
- ¼ cup Beetroot (peeled and grated)
- ¼ cup Parsnip (peeled and grated)
- ¼ cup Turnip (peeled and grated)
- ¼ cup Green beans (sliced)
- ¼ cup Green peas
- ¼ cup Tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 cup Spinach (chopped)
- 1 tsp Whole cumin
- 2 tbsps Peanuts (raw)
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- 2 tsps Oil
- 3 cups Water
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, add all the ingredients and simmer until the vegetables are cooked.
- Blend with a hand blender to desired thickness of the soup.
- Can also pressure cook for four whistles. Let cool before opening.
